6. Your right to cancel (digital content)

NeuGlow is supplied as digital content. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have a 14-day cancellation period. However, where you ask to access digital content immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once access begins, the cancellation right may no longer apply. We will make this clear at the point of purchase, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Health and wellbeing disclaimer

NeuGlow is a complementary wellbeing programme designed to support relaxation, stress management and sleep quality. It is not a medical device or treatment, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or skin condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice.
